Britney Spears‘ performance on Simon Cowell’s UK show "X Factor" brought television ratings of record proportion!
According to Spears’ website, 12.8 million viewers watched the show. Her site says 53 percent of the entire viewing audience tuned in to see the performance! "Just so you know, that’s the most watched ‘X Factor’ of the whole series," her blog reads.

Reese Witherspoon talks about her holiday plans including how her kids dress up her Oscar Award!
"At Christmas time they put a little hat on him and a little scarf so he doesn’t get cold," she tells BBC Newsbeat.
The ‘Four Christmases’ actress says her Christmas day is spent opening presents and cooking. "[The kids] play with their toys and I cook some dinner. It’s nice."

In her new Christmas comedy ‘Nothing Like the Holidays,’ Debra plays a high-powered executive who would rather raise capital than a kid. Christmas gets scary for her when her husband Mauricio (John Leguizamo) takes her to his parents’ home for the holidays and she meets her mother-in-law, who is dreaming of grandchildren.
"Going home for the holidays is scary for everybody, whether or not you’re in the family or you’re outside of the family — it’s scary," Debra tells Kevin.

Former TV talk show host Ricki Lake says she feels comfortable in her trim body and shares some weight loss advice!
"I can’t believe I was a fat person for most of my life," Lake, 40, recently told People magazine at a benefit for the New Space for Women’s Health, a New York City birthing center slated to open in 2010. Lake, who has lost 140 lbs. from her all-time high of 270, showed off her body in a sexy black Herve Leger dress.
But she admits there is still tremendous pressure in the industry to stay thin. "According to Hollywood standards, I’m not a thin girl. I’m a normal girl," says the mom of two boys, Milo, 11, and Owen, 6. "I don’t want to perpetuate that obsession but yet I am also guilty of wanting … to lose weight."

The modern 2,374-square-foot home – which sits on bluffs above the Pacific Ocean with a stairway leading to a beach cove below – is listed at $8.9 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The main house features two bedrooms and two baths — complete with marble fixtures and steam showers –while a separate guesthouse has two one-bedroom suites. The home sits on secluded property with a four-car garage and a large grassy area, the Times said.

Warner Bros’ romantic comedy ‘Four Christmases’ took the No. 1 spot at the box office this weekend and made an estimated $46.7 million since opening on Wednesday.
The film, starring Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn as an unmarried couple forced to make four reluctant Christmas visits to all sets of parents, took in $31.7 million in weekend gross, studio estimates showed Sunday.
Finishing No. 2 was Disney’s animated feature ‘Bolt,’ which made an estimated $26.6 million during its second weekend in release. The film, which uses the voices of John Travolta and Miles Cyrus, tells the story of a canine star of a fictional sci-fi/action show who begins to believe his powers are real.

Taylor Swift is reaching out to her fans after recently being named Favorite Country Female Artist at the American Music Awards!
The 18-year-old singer writes on her MySpace blog: "There’s nothing like a fan-voted award. They mean so much to me. When I heard my name called, I was thinking to myself ‘I can’t believe they did this for me. I can’t believe it!’"
"I’ve always wanted an American Music Award, and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have you out there doing these things for me. I’m so thankful for you, and your huge signs you make and hold up at my concerts," Taylor tells her fans.

In response to a question on her blog about whether she plans more "Rosie Live" in 2009, the former co-host of "The View" simply writes: "There will b no more. No ratings, bad reviews. yet still - a thrill 4 me."
Ratings estimates showed her NBC special was watched by just 5 million people last Wednesday, a night dominated by ABC newswoman and "The View" co-creator Barbara Walter’s interview with Barack and Michelle Obama.
