Bobby Flay is putting his culinary expertise to use on NBC’s "America’s Next Great Restaurant," according to Variety.
The premise of the show is to find a chef and/or entrepreneur to help open a restaurant. The producers behind Bravo’s "Top Chef" will conduct a nationwide search for contestants during a cross-country bus trip stopping in New York, NY; Raleigh, NC; Chicago, IL; Kansas City, KS; Denver, CO; and Los Angeles, CA.
Opening a three-city restaurant chain serves as the coveted prize. Flay, along with four other restaurant and business leaders, will be an investor in the prospective restaurants.
