Brittany Murphy Cause of Death Released

A cause of death has been determined in the sudden passing of Brittany Murphy.
ET has obtained the coroner’s report, which states the actress died due to multiple factors.
The coroner’s office lists the following as cause of death: Community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia, multiple drug intoxication and drug intake.
